Roadway buckles due to heat | News
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- Road crews are working to repair buckled pavement along Broadway just west of East 30th Street Wednesday morning.
According to workers on scene, brick below the pavement expanded due to heat and cause the pavement to push up and buckle.
Repairs are underway at this time.
